I will visit with you in person or on the phone to determine the scope of the need, the expectations and details, including dates.

We customize the marketing for your sale, including road signs, advertising on Estatesales.net, Social media and sending out emails to individual buyers, dealers, and stagers.

We transform the home into a store, by beautifully displaying/organizing all items on tables we supply. We also ensure ease of traffic and safety throughout the home. We will caution off any private areas.

Your items are priced according to current fair market value. We research to ensure the best possible prices for your possessions.

We empty all closets, cabinets, dressers, storage areas. We remove items from attics, garage, sheds and basements. We organize all items into their categories, beautifully displayed on tables with tablecloths.

Sometimes items are left after the sale. You can simply keep the remaining items or if you need assistance removing them we can make arrangements. Let's discuss, each situation is unique.
